Responsibilities
- Conduct and perform selling products and Customer Care & Service.
- Achieve sales targets and supporting to senior sales for customer satisfaction.
- Receive order and answer of customer phone and inquire.
- Conduct and perform showroom’s cleaning and decoration (Air con, Lighting and Painting).
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly contact to customer for customer care and service.
- Assistance to senior sales for Handling & Negotiation customer complaints and inquire.
- Conduct phone contact to refill process for old customers.
- Daily sales income and list report to Company head office.
Skill Requirements
- 10 standards passed, Preferable certificate in sales (or) marketing (or) customer service
- Fresh graduated is acceptable
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
- Good computer skill and fair in English-4 skills and preferable English speaking.
- Good communication skill.
Working Hours: 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
