Job Description
- Provide product knowledge and technical information to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally.
- Check stock availability and pricing in system.
- Prepare quotations and Sales Orders.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse for parts availability, picking and delivery.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and dealers.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Job Requirement,
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field).
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales or spare parts field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical/automotive parts is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation skills, teamwork and customer service mindset.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email).
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sundays & Public holidays
Benefits: Ferry will be provided in North Okkalapa & Minglardon Township
