Job Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a
related technical field.
0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome).
Basic understanding of medical diagnostic equipment or laboratory automation systems is a plus.
Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and software components of devices.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel for field service and installations.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Job Descriptions

Assist in installation, calibration, and maintenance of medical laboratory devices at client sites.
Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and service engineers.
Support troubleshooting activities and help identify equipment faults or performance issues.
Conduct routine maintenance and basic repair tasks.
Maintain accurate service reports, technical documentation, and maintenance logs.
Coordinate with senior engineers and OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) for issue escalation or advanced repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during all engineering activities.
Participate in product training sessions and stay updated with new technology in the field.
Assist with inventory management of spare parts and tools.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Gazette Holidays
