Job Descriptions
- Assist in delivering and Installation of the devices and proper explanation about the routine procedure of take caring the device to the value customers
- Learning the device structure, components and function well to be able to support in servicing of the devices
- Must have a keen interest in biomedical devices
- A self-learner from BTL’s learning platform
- most importantly, continuous learning habits is needed so that one can give proper solutions to the errors & fault of the devices
- Customer oriented and must be patience in communication.
- Manage to finish the task assigned by the manager on timely fashion.
- Report to the Service Manager
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
