Job Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day running of site and submit the project progress report (Daily/Monthly) to PM.
• Responsible to check and supervise the operation team that comply company’s rule and regulations.
• Manage and report site requirements (Machines, Materials and Labors) and also control the site expenditure within budget.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, supplier and third party inspectors as per management team instructions.
• Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and be able to work under pressure with high responsibilities.
Job Requirements
• Have above lyears’ experienced or have engineering knowledge in Building Construction.
• Must be A.G.T.I(Civil), B-Tech(Civil), B.E(Civil) degree holders.
• Age must below 35.
• Strong experience and good management in Construction.
• Great mathematical, time and cost management and problems solving skills.
• Computer literates and able to use Auto CAD 2D, 3D and other related project software.
• Priority will be given to Mandalay residents.
• Freshers can also apply.
