Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Auto cad 2D, 3D, QS estimate, P6 for scheduling, construction management
- Minimum of [2~3] years of experience in a construction engineering role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Description
- Prepare for Project contracting with clients or suppliers & sub-contractor.
- Checking quotation rate with market rate & contractor quotation.
- Planning and scheduling for the project.
- Daily update keeping & listing data source.
- Calculate & recheck monthly expenses of all project.
- Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, inspections, and incidents.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
