Job Requirements
- BE or BTech Degree in (Mechanical)
- 2 years of relevant experience in small to mid-sized building projects
- Strong knowledge of Plumbing & Sanitary Systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft office
- Strong leadership and supervision skills
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Job Descriptions
- Involved in M&E (P&S) projects
- Coordinate with Construction team relative with Mechanical, Structure, Interior & Architecture, Electrical
- Checking technical requirement, designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Necessary material ordering for project
- Plan and implement site work as per construction schedule.
- Coordinate to produce coordinated services drawings (CSD) and shop drawings
- Manage project schedule, cost, quality and site safety
- Ensure successful, cost-effective and timely project delivery
- Submit weekly reports to Senior/Management
- Attend meetings with clients / consultants / sub-contractors
- Supervising staff on site
- Perform other tasks as required
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
