Job Description
- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services to clients
- Coordinate with different departments within the organization to ensure that key clients receive the highest level of service
- Prepare reports and presentations to update key clients on the status of their projects
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the value of our services to key clients
- Provide regular reports on client activities and results to the Key Account Manager
- Prepare proposals, presentations, marketing materials and lead client meetings and presentations as required
- Support Key Account Manager in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients or partners
- Assist manager to conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather data to identify potential opportunities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the Key Account Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree with BE(IT), Computer Science, Business IT or any equivalent IT degree
- Must have Business, Marketing or any related certification
- At least 1-year experience in managing key client relationships and sales or marketing with a track record of achieving targets in IT Software industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiar with excel, sales management software, CRM, and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to travel
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the service industry and understanding of market trends and competition.
- Good teamwork and Good interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills with positive attitudes
- Can-do attitude
- Able to work under pressure
- Both friendly in Remote and On-site
Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays
