Job Description

Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Build and maintain relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and referrals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services to clients
Coordinate with different departments within the organization to ensure that key clients receive the highest level of service
Prepare reports and presentations to update key clients on the status of their projects
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the value of our services to key clients
Provide regular reports on client activities and results to the Key Account Manager
Prepare proposals, presentations, marketing materials and lead client meetings and presentations as required
Support Key Account Manager in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients or partners
Assist manager to conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather data to identify potential opportunities
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the Key Account Manager

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree with BE(IT), Computer Science, Business IT or any equivalent IT degree
Must have Business, Marketing or any related certification
At least 1-year experience in managing key client relationships and sales or marketing with a track record of achieving targets in IT Software industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Familiar with excel, sales management software, CRM, and other relevant software applications
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to travel
Results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of the service industry and understanding of market trends and competition.
Good teamwork and Good interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills with positive attitudes
Can-do attitude
Able to work under pressure
Both friendly in Remote and On-site

Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays
