Job Requirements

Must be University Degree in any graduate.
Age over 25.
Must hold a Land Surveyor certificate (e.g., Certified Survey Technician or equivalent).
Minimum of 3 years in land surveying and related projects.
Solid understanding of boundary determination, topographic mapping, and construction staking.
Understanding how survey data is used in construction and engineering projects.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise with Total Stations, GPS, GNSS receivers, and Auto Level instruments.
Demonstrated precision and accuracy in all surveying tasks.
Physical Stamina: Capable of working outdoors across varied weather and terrains, often requiring endurance.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new environments, tools, and technological advances in surveying.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Job Descriptions

Perform land surveys using a variety of tools and technologies, including GPS, total stations, GNSS receivers, and other surveying equipment.
Create detailed maps and reports that outline property boundaries, land features, and survey results, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.
Prepare survey drawings such as base maps, ground profiles, and cross-sections using Civil 3D or AutoCAD.
Regularly check and maintain instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
Work closely with project teams to provide land survey data that integrates seamlessly with design and construction plans.
Oversee survey projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet required standards.
Offer technical guidance and support to clients, engineers, and architects throughout the survey process.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday & public holidays
Benefits: Travel Allowance will be provided.
