Leasing and Resale Management
- Oversee the entire leasing and resale process from inquiry to closure.
- Prepare, review, and finalize leasing and resale agreements in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Conduct property inspections and showings for prospective tenants and buyers
- Monitor lease expirations and follow up with tenants for timely renewals.
- Address tenant or buyer concerns and mediate disputes effectively.
Marketing and Advertising
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for both leasing and resale units.
- Create advertisements for leasing and resale units on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Post listings on property and real estate websites to attract prospective tenants and buyers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and ensure competitive pricing.
Tenant and Buyer Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and potential buyers.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and buyers throughout their interactions.
- Mediate and resolve disputes between tenants, buyers, and property management when necessary
- Property Inspections & Documentation
- Conduct regular property inspections before leasing or resale to ensure units meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing and resale transactions, tenant files, and agreements.
- Prepare and submit reports on leasing and resale activities, occupancy rates, and market trends.
Compliance and Legal Standards
- Ensure all leasing and resale activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company
policies. - Provide tenants and buyers with clear explanations of lease terms, building policies, and community guidelines.
- Collaborate with the legal or property management team to address lease violations.
Other Duties
- Assist in organizing tenant and owner engagement activities.
- Support the property management team with administrative leasing tasks.
- Perform other leasing and resale-related duties as assigned.
- Reporting Route
- Reports directly to the Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager and MD.
- Coordinates with the Finance, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams as needed.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate, with a focus on both leasing and resale.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of leasing and resale laws, and property management best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Experience in creating online advertisements and managing social media campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attributes:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet leasing and sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and the local language is preferred.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
