Job Requirements
- Any Graduated (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistic Management, or a related field.)
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry or FMCG sector.
- Experience in managing Logistic and Purchase activities for a factory setting is highly desirable.
- In-depth understanding of purchase processes, vendor management, negotiation strategies, and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with bakery ingredients sourcing and supplier relationships is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
