Job Requirements
- Any Graduated
- At Least 3 years working experience in Logistics Field inManufacturing process.
- Between 25 ~ 35 years old.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Skills problems sloving , teamwork.
- Able to work under stress and pressure.
Job Descriptions
- Linking with logistics company/konoike in order to faciliate the import shipments.
- Linking with Custom in order to faciliate clearance process for the import shipments if necessary.
- Linking with OSSC in order to faciliate for delivery, preparing DO for (DKSH delivery-Local purchase delivery-import shipment delivery-etc)
- Occationally to follow meeting with OSSC for update matters.
- Linking with PRB deparment for AI import quartely.
- Prepare necessary documents for every import shipment application to OSSC for payment matters link with finance department.
- Prepare PO (issuing/receiving) in the ACCPAC system.
- Sourcing quotation and negotiate the price with supplier.
- Purchase for all the requirements from operation.
- To check GRN and INVOICE for trade/COD payment for Account Department.
- To carry out any other duty as assigned and instructed by Superiors
Working Hour: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
