Job Requirement

Any University Graduate
At least 5 years’ experience in logistics operations.
Between 30 to 45 years old.
Must have Diploma in logistics & supply chain management.
Strong knowledge in customs clearance procedures and international trade regulations.
Adaptability to changing regulations and environments.
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have problem solving and analytical skill.
Professional appearance and attitude are a must.
Must have valid driving license and driving skill.

Job Descriptions

Must be travel to related border way to track the update condition and report shipment status.
Coordinate and monitor cross-border shipments, resolve border delays and ensure on time delivery.
Maintain updated knowledge of international trade laws, and cross-border policies.
Liaise with customs authorities, government agencies, transport companies, and freight forwarders to resolve border issues.
To prepare and review import documentation in compliance with trade regulations.
Support process improvements to reduce risks, delays.
Minimize risks related to border delays, regulatory issues, and cost inefficiencies.
Maintain accurate records of cross-border transactions and prepare report for management.
Analyze trade trends and provide insights for business decisions.
To do other jobs assigned by Manager.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00AM to 5:00 PM)

Saturday (8:00AM to 12:00 PM)

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays

Other Allowance: Uniform, Phone Bill allowance, Office Ferry, Training, Other allowances
