Job Descriptions

Manage and optimize product delivery routes (way management) to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Supervise and lead logistics staff, including drivers and helpers, ensuring discipline, efficiency, and safety.
Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to align delivery schedules with sales plans.
Work with the Warehouse Team to ensure proper stock dispatch and inventory accuracy.
Liaise with the Finance Team regarding delivery costs, fuel expenses, and logistics-related payments.
Oversee vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, and ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
Monitor fuel usage, delivery performance, and route efficiency to control costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transportation laws.
Prepare logistics reports and updates for the Director as required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or distribution management (FMCG experience is preferred).
Strong knowledge of delivery route planning and fleet management.
Proven experience supervising drivers, helpers, and logistics staff.
Good coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting tools).

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
