Job Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Korean and English
- No prior work experience required (entry-level welcome)
- TOPIK certificate preferred
- Graduates or majors in Korean Language (YUFL, MUFL, or equivalent) preferred
Job Descriptions
- Communicate with shippers regarding shipment status and updates
- Monitor flight schedules and confirm arrivals
- Handle pre-alert documentation and coordinate deliveries
- Receive customer claims as the first contact point only (no decision-making)
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly operation reports
- Maintain internal records and operation logs
Working Hours: 10:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & public holiday
