Job Description
- Monitor packing order, arrange delivery way plan and handle vehicle inspection and maintenance
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Reviews and analyzes on-going customer requests
- Fulfil all of the customer orders on time
- Document, effectively track and resolve issues in a timely manner regarding with customers’ complaints and delivery way
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
- Prepare and submit performance reports
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
- Ensure adherence company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
Job Requirements
- Any graduate (or) graduate
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role at least 2 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Familiar with or have knowledge in software
- Strong problem-solving skill and must have good attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday Only
