Job Requirements
- Any graduate
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics management.
- Understanding relevant regulations and compliance requirements in logistics and transportation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Clear communication with team members, suppliers, and clients to coordinate logistics effectively.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work extended hours.
Job Description
- Manage a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, such as delivery times, order accuracy, and transportation costs, and take corrective action as necessary.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of logistics equipment, such as trucks and forklifts, and ensure that they are properly maintained and serviced.
- Lead warehouse/delivery team.
- Yangon and related municipalities must be skilled.
- To plan the demand plan and calculate monthly Logistics staff’s O.T and Incentives.
- Prepare and present logistics reports/ logistic manpower update/Car Update to W.H Manager/Operation Manager.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefit: Ferry will be provided.
