Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Field.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, and control systems.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) field, particularly in high-rise building construction and management.
- Planning Skills: Experience in planning preventive maintenance operations.
- Reporting: Ability to accurately track and report activities.
Job Description
- Establish and ensure proper execution of maintenance procedures for water treatment, ELV systems, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, lifts, and generators.
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks, work orders, and preventive maintenance operations.
- Plan and execute building maintenance projects, collaborating with architects, builders, and other experts.
- Ensure all repairs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Set up work schedules, manage maintenance staff, and prepare yearly maintenance plans.
- Inspect facilities and fit out renovation work to determine repair needs and provide actionable suggestions.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and rooms.
- Plan for monthly, yearly preventive maintenance schedules and ensure machinery rotation.
- Prioritize, plan, schedule, assign, and supervise engineering staff.
- Conduct regular site checks and spot inspections.
- Understand building MEPE (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Electrical) installation structures and preventive maintenance.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Working Hour: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
