Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in M&E maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building services systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage maintenance activities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Descriptions
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as pumps, motors, HVAC systems, generators, and electrical panels.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and maintenance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with technicians and contractors when required.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
