Job Descriptions
• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of machinery, electrical systems, and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Train and guide maintenance staff to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Power
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision (preferably in
a manufacturing environment)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and troubleshooting
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Understanding of safety standards and regulations
• Work Conditions:
Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
