Job Descriptions

Respond to inquiries from students and parents via phone, email, and in person.
Provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and procedures.
Assist applicants in completing admission forms and ensure all documents are properly collected.
Maintain and update student application records in the database.
Coordinate with academic and finance departments regarding admission status and payments.
Follow up with potential students to encourage timely application and enrollment.
Participate in admission campaigns, open days, and education fairs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Ensure a professional and friendly admission experience for all applicants.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or) 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Holidays: One day per week & Public Holidays
