Job Descriptions
- Present & sell the service & product of company for current and potential clients.
- Ensure high quality customer satisfaction, retention and resolve all client concerns.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and product knowledge.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
- Responsible for day-to-day community management for social media pages.
- Content writing and editing the company products on social media (Facebook, Viber, etc.)
- Plan and manage assigned accounts to maximize potential.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special development, information, or
feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings,managing calendars, and organizing marketing materials.
- Must know Customer Requirements and marketing strategies to achieve the company development.
- Strongly Ready to serve and actively perform.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
