Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client relations in the infrastructure or construction sector (road & bridge experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in speaking with government officials and clients
- Proficent in English – both spoken and written
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and travel locally when required
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Marketing experience, frequent government office visits, and construction experience are preferred.
Job Descriptions
- Liaise and coordinate with government departments and private clients for business opportunities related to construction projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders
- Collect market intelligence and project-related information from government sources and tender opportunities
- Prepare and deliver marketing presentations, company profiles, and project proposals to clients
- Collaborate with internal departments to support bid preparation, document submission, and follow-ups
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase company visibility and project acquisition
Working Hour: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
