Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or sales (FMCG experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of advertising, branding, and in-store marketing strategie
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in POS management, advertising planning, and campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and marketing performance Excellent communication and negotiation skills for coordinating with agencies and trade partners.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and consumer engagement tactics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Job Description
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Develop and manage Point of Sale (POS) materials such as posters, shelf talkers, and in- store branding to attract customer attention.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for advertising campaigns across digital, print, and in-store media.
- Support the implementation of trade promotions and consumer engagement activities to drive sales growth.
- Monitor the effectiveness of advertising and promotional (A&P) budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and high ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and potential business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing collateral and promotional tools that support sales conversion.
- Assist in managing business PSI (Purchase, Sales, and Inventory) to ensure stock availability and avoid overstock or stockouts.
- Track and analyze marketing performance data, preparing reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain relationships with trade partners, retail outlets, and brand principals to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
Other Facilities: Uniform, Ferry & Lunch will be provided.
