Job Description
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends in security and housekeeping outsourcing.
- Analyze competitor strategies and differentiate our brand through unique marketing approaches.
- Work with the management team to develop pricing strategies that maximize profits while remaining competitive.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, events) to generate leads.
- Manage the company’s website and social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Develop and optimize SEO, PPC, and digital advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and lead conversion rates using
- analytics tools.
- Prepare and present marketing performance reports to management with data-driven recommendations.
- Continuously optimize marketing efforts based on insights and industry best practices.
- Stay updated with security industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand presence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the security, outsourcing, or B2B services industry.
- Must be able to drive and must have a valid driving license.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
