Job Description
- Day to day communication with specific clients as a primary point of contact.
- Handle client requests, negotiation and conflict resolution, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist the Senior Executive or Manager in developing and present campaign proposals to the client.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, social media and production, to ensure successful campaign implementation.
- Track and report the progress of 360 advertising campaigns.
- Assist the responsible person in conducting market research and analysis to identify industry trends and provide insights to clients.
- Assist in developing new projects and campaigns for advertising.
Job Requirement
- Any Bachelor Degree.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management / Administration is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience specialized in Marketing or Advertising.
- Can communicate in English fluently.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, Power Points, Business and communication tools.
- Negotiate depends on experience and skill.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
