Job Requirements

University graduate with a related field of study.
Minimum of 2 year experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping coordination.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learner with a passion for sales.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Willingness to travel as required by job responsibilities.

Job Descriptions

Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their needs and concerns.
Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.
Follow up with customers post-booking confirmation, coordinating with the Operation team.
Share booking confirmations with Customer Service through internal folders in Excel format.
Track and trace shipments from origin to delivery, resolving customer and operational issues.
Ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of customer requirements.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Head of Department using Excel.
Conduct daily marketing meetings with the Head of Department.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
