Job Requirements

• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their needs and concerns.
• Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.
• Follow up with customers post-booking confirmation, coordinating with the Operation team.
• Share booking confirmations with Customer Service through internal folders in Excel format.
• Track and trace shipments from origin to delivery, resolving customer and operational issues.
• Ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Head of Department using Excel.
• Conduct daily marketing meetings with the Head of Department.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
• University graduate with a related field of study.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping coordination.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner with a passion for sales.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Willingness to travel as required by job responsibilities.

Working Hour: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday,Sunday & Public Holidays
