Job Description

Maintain customer contact and relations to maintain their continual business with the company.
Continually seek potential opportunities for the company and pursue potential clients
Develop marketing strategies to generate new clientele.
Prepare budgets; compare budgets to actuals
Prepare quotations for clients
Research company rates to ensure rates quoted by the company are competitive in the market.
Prepare and monitor budgeting cost for company
Assist in the collection of chequeens, by following up with clients who owe outstanding freight and collecting fees.
Prepare invoices and quotes in accordance with company guidelines and policy
Monitor and maintain record of jobs and payments received.
Promote an environment of co-operation for continual improvement of team performance
Resolve or refer employee grievances and complaints in line with Company grievance and complaint handling procedures to minimize negative effects on employees and the organization’s operations

Job Requirements

Any graduate and Dip holder in related field.
At least 2~5 years of experience in export/import Logistics field and Shipping Line background.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email writing
English proficiency (at least pre-intermediate level)
Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality

Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays

Benefit: Ferry will be provided & phone bill allowance
