Job Descriptions

Conduct research on logistics market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote logistics, freight, and supply chain services.
Identify new business opportunities and target customer segments.
Identifying potential customers, market segments, and competitive landscapes within the logistics industry
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Maintain and update company website and social media platforms.
Organize and participate in trade shows, industry events, and promotional campaigns.
Track and report on digital marketing performance.
Preparing regular & monthly reports on marketing performance and presenting findings to management.
Managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and tracking expenses.
Visit potential and existing clients to understand their logistics needs and promote services.
Gather customer feedback to improve services and marketing strategies.
Provide insights to management on market demands, customer preferences, and pricing strategies.
Work closely with the logistics operations team to ensure service offerings match marketing promises.
Maintain records of marketing activities, client visits, and campaign results.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
2–4 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
Age between 25 to 35 years.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & E-Mail)
Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
