Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience; social media experience is an advantage.
Strong English communication skills

Familiarity with social media and digital tools
MS Office proficiency (basic design skills a plus), and good coordination skills.
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, positive team player, and able to multitask under deadlines.

Job Description

Assist in executing campaigns, preparing marketing materials, and handling internal marketing
requests.
Support social media, website, email, and internal communications content; ensure accuracy and
brand consistency.
Manage daily social media posting, monitor engagement, and prepare basic performance reports.
Liaise with vendors, designers, printers, and event organizers; manage marketing materials and
supplies.
Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, roadshows, and launches, including logistics
coordination.
Maintain records, support budget tracking and purchase requests, and prepare activity summaries.
Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and company approval processes.

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday(Alternate), Sunday &Public Holiday
