Job Descriptions

  • Branding: Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies covering digital, advertising, communications and creative. Conduct competitor and market research to position the brand effectively against others in the mobility or EV sector.
  • Revenue &Growth: Drive revenue-generating initiatives through promotions, upsells, loyalty/referral programs, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Customer Acquisition and Campaign Management: Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns. Manage campaign budgets, targeting strategy, channel mix, ROI analysis, and optimization based on metrics. Oversee all paid acquisition efforts and manage demand gen budgets.
  • New Service Launch: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across product launches, offers, or incentives. Monitor and improve ROI and customer conversion.
  • Setting KPI: Set marketing KPIs for customer acquisition cost (CAC), Customer lifetime value (CLV), NPS and engagement rate.
  • Event Management: Plan, organize, and manage events such as launch roadshows, partnerships, local activations, and brand experiences to drive awareness and onboarding
    Enhance customer and driver engagement through experiential marketing programs to build brand loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with creative teams, external agencies, vendors, and media partners to achieve campaign objectives and maintain brand consistency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years in marketing roles, with at least 2+ years in campaign-centric or brand management positions—experience in mobility, EV, or transportation industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in driving brand awareness, executing multi-channel campaigns, and generating customer growth.
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable with marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM, email, social), and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with creative flair and a passion for storytelling.
  • Results-driven, customer-centric, and budget-conscious.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Collaborative team player with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Working Hours: 8.30 AM -5.30 PM. 1 hour break for lunch.
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
