Develop the Trade marketing strategies, Trade marketing plan include; new-product development launch implementation, in-store communication strategies and below the line executions of all the products portfolio under F&N Non-alcohol beverages.
Manage day to day operational activities including monitoring of trade marketing / channel performance on a monthly and quarterly basis;
Support on ATL and BTL activities projects/day to day operation to make sure on execution at the trade activities meet to the objectives with the brand guild line and timeline.
Co-lead new project implementation plans, working closely to the brand marketing teams and customers relationship (RTM) team.
Developing an understanding of the drivers of trade and channel dynamic growth and brand health each trade/ channel / areas and identifying key issues and opportunities;
Developing of POSM to implements in specific channels / areas with consistency with brand guideline.
Accountable for the analysis of trade activities performances by constantly evaluating performance against measurable objectives.
Tracking retail audit and deep analyze / identify brand performances and issues related with provide the solutions.
Monitor budget spend and provide timely communication to relevant stakeholders on overspend / cash availability.

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
