Job Descriptions
- Conduct sales meetings with the sales staff regularly.
- Conduct weekly, monthly performance reviews for all sales staff.
- Train/Supervise/Motivate sales staff to ensure that optimal levels of customer engagement are met.
- Effectively meet deadlines, achieve targets, and work under pressure.
- Develop sales strategies and present to the BOD.
- Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and the monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Sales analysis and Territory Management in the respective area.
- Efficient in promoting products, ideas, and services.
- Efficient knowledge in Supply Chain Management based on sales analysis.
- Provide the sales team with the necessary technical expertise.
- Promote the company’s products through presentations and demonstrations.
- Track the activities of the company’s competitors.
Job Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Good in communication skills and English (4) skills
- Good presentation skills to express the recorded sales data.
- At least 3 years of experience in the position of sales & marketing manager.
- Relevant working experience in the Furniture industry is preferred.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday(alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
