Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Burmese
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.

Job Requirements

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for all real estate projects, aligned with overall business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs.
Create and manage effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print, and events.
Manage the company’s website and ensure it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
Develop and manage marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
Oversee public relations activities and media relations.
Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Manage marketing budget and resources effectively.
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, construction, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
