Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and techniques.
Job Description
- Brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
- Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns.
- Responsibility & Authorities 1) Perform a social media audit, devise a social media strategy, create
engaging content, and actively engage on social media platforms while
carefully monitoring the company’s reputation and maintaining brand consistency. - Provide support to the cross-functional team to ensure that all visual
communication materials adhere to the corporate brand identity. - Generate creative artwork concepts and implement them across all
marketing communication materials, ranging from business units to
corporate. - Monitor and ensure that all communication messages align with the
company’s strategic direction. - Coordinate trade shows and events by collaborating with marketing teams
across all affiliated companies. - Evaluate the online and offline marketing efforts of Min Dhama company,
encompassing social media presence, website development, and
marketing tools. - Supervise the production of advertisements, promotional materials, and
brand activations. - Conduct research and analysis on consumer behavior, market trends, and
competitor activities. - Develop and execute strategies that effectively resonate with the target
market.
Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday (alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
