Job Descriptions
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Define target markets and customer segments for FTTH and ISP services.
- Build and enhance brand identity and positioning in the market.
- Develop effective communication strategies including advertising, social media, and public relations.
- Oversee content creation for digital and print media.
- Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
- Lead generation through digital channels and partnerships.
- Monitor online campaigns and optimize performance to achieve KPIs.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns, including pricing, bundling, and special offers to drive subscriptions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing materials and tools to enhance sales performance.
- Organize events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to enhance customer experience.
- Implement customer retention programs to reduce churn and increase loyalty.
- Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather insights.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget efficiently.
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
- Provide monthly and quarterly marketing reports to management.
Job Requirements
- Education Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience Minimum 5 years in marketing with at least 2 years in ISP, telecommunications, or technology industry.
- Knowledge Strong understanding of broadband, fiber optic services, and telecom industry.
- Skills Digital marketing, communication, leadership, analytical thinking, budgeting, and team management.
- Language Proficiency in English and Myanmar is essential.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
