Job Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2 years’ experience in M&E project coordination.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on site.
- Review technical drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies and reporting them to the Project Manager.
- Maintain and monitor all M&E-related documentation and records.
- Coordinate shop drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Supervise and manage M&E sub-contractors to ensure timely and accurate execution of work in accordance with contract drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with relevant authorities, clients, and sub-contractors on matters related to shop drawings, equipment submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
- Organize and lead M&E coordination meetings to align all parties involved.
- Update and report on M&E progress, issues, and developments to the Project Manager.
- Collaborate effectively with site teams to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
- Negotiate and seek approval for any M&E-related changes while ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards & other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30 PM
Holiday: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
