Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Professional Engineering License or relevant certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years above of experience in M&E design, construction, and project management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and project management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Descriptions
- Design Development: Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed designs for mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, power distribution, and control systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Technical Analysis: Conduct thorough technical analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate the performance, efficiency, and sustainability of mechanical and electrical systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Engineering Calculations: Perform complex calculations and simulations to determine system specifications, load capacities, energy requirements, and other key parameters, utilizing relevant software tools and analytical methods.
- Equipment Selection: Assist in the selection and specification of mechanical and electrical equipment, components, and materials, considering factors such as performance, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and compatibility with project requirements.
- Code Compliance: Ensure that all engineering designs and installations comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.
- Construction Support: Provide technical support during the construction phase of projects, reviewing shop drawings, conducting site inspections, and resolving engineering issues to ensure that installations meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, reports, and other project documentation as required, maintaining accurate records of design changes, project milestones, and technical decisions.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, address technical concerns, and communicate engineering solutions effectively, fostering positive relationships and achieving project objectives.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
