Job Descriptions
- Manage M&E design, coordination, and implementation across all project phases.
- Review and approve M&E design documents, technical submissions, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective integration of M&E systems.
- Overseeing the work of the project management team and ensuring adherence to the project schedule.
- Ensure M&E works are executed in compliance with local codes, international standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety of M&E works.
- Review and validate test reports, commissioning plans, and handover documentation.
- Manage M&E-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for M&E activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
- At least 5 years’ experience in similar role.
- Proven experience in M& E site engineering, preferably in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their integration in construction projects.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
