Job Requirements
- B.E Electrical/Mechanical.
- Minimum 2-years’ experience in respective field.
- Knowledge of interior renovation and MEP works preferred.
- Can communicate with English.
- Can use Microsoft software, AutoCAD and, more prefer can use estimate software.
Job Descriptions
- Co-ordination of Fit-out work with architects, engineers, subcontractors and construction teams.
- Prepare all necessary Materials and estimate cost calculation from drawings.
- Material in/out control to site.
- Day to day site monitoring and reporting to Project Manager.
- Ensure to meet with Project Schedule on Time.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & public holidays
Benefits: Travel Allowance will be provided.
