Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Professional Engineering License or relevant certification preferred.
- Minimum 3years above of experience in M&E design, construction, and project management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and project management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Descriptions
- Lead and manage M&E design, coordination, and implementation across all project phases.
- Review and approve M&E design documents, technical submissions, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective integration of M&E systems.
- Manage the selection, procurement, installation, and commissioning of M&E equipment and systems.
- Ensure M&E works are executed in compliance with local codes, international standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety of M&E works.
- Review and validate test reports, commissioning plans, and handover documentation.
- Manage M&E-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for M&E activities.
- Lead and support a team of M&E engineers and technicians.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
