Job Requirements
- B.E, AGTI (MP,EP)
- Minimum 3 years experience in M&E Engineer is desirable.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as assigned
- Willingness to inspect and evaluate all mechanical aspects of the building
- Be able to use Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Good, hard-working attitude.
- Good communication and team work skill.
Job Descriptions
- Must be knowledge and experience in mechanical, electrical, firefighting system (fire pump, fire alarm and plumbing & sanitary)
- Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
- Perform as ERT members (Emergency response team)
- Weekly physical inspection of generator task running
- Receive and respond to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on their premises
- Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects
- Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with access control regulations
- Maintain the systems of fire, carbon monoxide, smoke and other safety within the structure.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: One day per week & Public Holidays
Benefits : We will provide Uniform, Communication allowance, Meal Allowance and then Travelling allowance after 3 months
