Job requirement

Bachelor or University Degree Holder
Exhibit a positive and professional attitude during events.
1 year experience in related field
Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
Effectively multitask and maintain flexibility to work extended hours, including nights and weekends.
Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and interact professionally with customers.
Willingness to travel with the team as required.

Key Responsibility

To expert in required Technical knowhow (Product Knowledge, Industry Knowledge & Customer Knowledge, etc.)
Follow up sales in Medical channel coordination with dealers and distributors
Make sure, handling brands must get Rx & dispensing from Medical Channel
Rx generation: Coverage of selected / target MDs & other HCPs within assigned areas
Monitoring PAR MDs classification and promote accordingly
To maintain existing customers and find new customers for promotion and provide quality service
To improve KOL engagement and conduct appropriate programs
To prepare up-to-date information of customers (MDs) in TCP monthly
To take part in symposiums, exhibitions, CMEs and other related medical events as needed for the promotion of the products
Coordinate with internal departments such as S&CD, Finance, Warehouse, marketing, etc.
To use budget efficiently & effectively
Analyze sales performance, watch competitors’ activities and create counter act programs
Submitting reports and feedbacks regularly (Market Status, Competitors’ Activities, Feedback of Customers & MDs)
Handling CS, PS & POM effectively
On job learning with respective AH/ RH
To achieve KRA & Competency set by the company

Working Hour: 9:00A.M to 5:00P.M.
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday and public holiday
