Job Requirements

Minimum: High school graduate (10th grade).
Preferred: Diploma in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in warehousing or storekeeping (medical store preferred).
Basic knowledge of medicines and medical supplies.
Understanding of inventory management (FEFO/FIFO).
Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
Computer literacy (Excel, stock management system).
Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail.
Honest, responsible, and disciplined.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Job Descriptions

Receive incoming medical supplies, verify quantity and quality against delivery notes.
Requires lifting, carrying, and organizing stock items.
Prepare, pack, and issue supplies based on approved requisitions and report to supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and security of the medical store.
Buy urgent medicines and deliver urgent online orders and project sales.
Requires occasional overtime during emergency distributions.
Assist in regular stock counts, inventory audits, and expiry checks.
Report stock variances, damages, or shortages to the supervisor immediately.
Check and pack the confirmed online orders by checking with supervisor.
Connect and arrange the delivery process with customers.

Working Hour: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Public Holidays
