Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical.
Experience:
- 3–7 years of experience in high-rise or real estate projects.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire systems.
Software:
AutoCAD (mandatory), Revit MEP (preferred), MS Office.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Language:
- English and Myanmar language.
Job Descriptions
Design Coordination & Engineering:
- Review and coordinate HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire systems.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and façade designs.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Support authority submissions and approvals.
Site Supervision & Execution:
- Supervise MEP works across floors.
- Monitor vertical services, risers, and plant rooms.
- Coordinate contractors and resolve site clashes.
Testing, Commissioning & Handover:
- Plan and execute testing & commissioning.
- Coordinate integrated system testing.
- Manage snagging, defect rectification, and final handover documents.
Quality, Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and safety standards.
- Enforce site safety and quality procedures.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Attend coordination meetings.
- Prepare progress and technical reports.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternative), Sunday & Public Holidays
