Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, sales, or marketing within the FMCG or food supplement industry.
- Strong understanding of modern trade and pharmacy retail channels.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of PGs.
Job Descriptions
- Merchandising Strategy
Develop and implement merchandising plans to enhance product visibility in modern trade channels and pharmacies.
Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design point-of-sale (POS) materials and promotional displays. - Channel Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with modern trade retailers and key pharmacy accounts.
Negotiate shelf space, promotional slots, and other merchandising opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and ensure the company’s products maintain a competitive edge in display and promotions. - PG Recruitment and Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Promoter Girls (PGs) to effectively promote the brand at key retail locations.
Develop training modules for PGs, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
Monitor PG performance through regular store visits and sales analysis. - Promotion Execution:
Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, including in-store activations, product sampling, and seasonal offers.
Ensure consistent execution of promotions across all channels in alignment with the brand strategy.
Analyze the success of promotional activities and provide recommendations for improvement. - Inventory and Supply Coordination:
Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure consistent product availability in all targeted stores.
Monitor inventory levels and address stockouts or overstock issues promptly. - Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on merchandising activities, sales performance, and ROI of promotional efforts.
Use data-driven insights to propose enhancements to merchandising and promotional strategies. - Compliance and Brand Standards:
Ensure all merchandising and promotional activities adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain brand consistency across all points of sale.
Working Hour: 9:00A.M to 6:00P.M
Holiday :Saturday(Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
