Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree, Certificate related to a professional field (preferable)
• At least 3 years of experience at a senior managerial level (Prefer with experience of Microfinance industry or Bank)
• Good knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Understand the needs of a start-up, with willingness and ability to perform duties beyond the scope of work
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, create effective systems and meet tangible business goals proven integrity
• Strong interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills in both English and Myanmar
• language; as well as analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a diverse team environment with flexibility in a variety of tasks
• Ability to anticipate problems and proactively takes measures to control or minimize them with his/her own initiative

 

Job Descriptions
System Management:
• Responsible for database administration as well as software development, and ensuring stability and security of data and information services to provide support to management
• Monitor performance of databases and applications, and ensure achievement of set objectives against performance standards
• Ensure assigned & escalated calls to be solved in a timely manner
• Developing and maintaining policies and procedures, prepare user guide and procedure to all system users
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting from the software system and preparing customized reports Provide technical training to guide subordinates in the execution of their roles
• Manage all system user accounts
• Cross-train in the system functionality to all user levels
• Performance and product testing in the system
• Ensure successful start-of-day (SOD) and end-of-day (EOD) processing
• Ensure that business processes are well-supported by database and application designs, optimizing, or introducing new solutions or application fixes as required
• Develop Team plans for projects as required and manage team resources to ensure delivery to committed tasks
IT related matters:
• Manage the workforce/performance of IT staffs
• Manage in line with standard IT policies & procedures
• Manage IT budget, choose the vendor, ensure the quality and maintain KPI of IT support
• Ensure that all company network and physical security policies are followed in relation to the infrastructure

 

Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holiday: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
