Job Requirements

  • Any graduated (Preferable degree from Sales/Marketing/International Business or other related field)
  • Minimum 2year of working experience in sales with Key Account Channel (Online & Offline) or similar role
  • Preferred : Must have over 3years working experience as Marketing in FMCG field. Must have Modern
  • Trade Marketing Experiences. Must understand ATL/BTL and Modern Trade Marketing method
  • Proficiency in English both verbally and written

Job Descriptions

  • Manage, develop and grow APBM’s Modern Trade Channel by executing and following through with approved business programs
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products.
  • Collaborates with various Distributor’s key personnel at different levels to achieve individual volume objective of APBM brands
  • Ensures that key decision makers of the assigned accounts are engaged and the appropriate contacts are made on the agreed frequency
  • Maintain client relations to build excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business.
  • Interact regularly with key accounts related to weekly selling, deliveries and stock availability.
  • Maintain regular frequent store visits to ensure brand presence, door volume, visual roll-out and product churn
  • Prepare and comply with weekly sales route plan/Modern Trade exclusive Team way plan
  • Develop account specific standards for merchandising, range, promotion, pricing & trade investments
  • Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy, in-store execution & adherence to agreements.
  • Establish & negotiate trade concessions, displays and allowance within company’s policies & budget
  • Execute trade promotion calendar on agreed intervals as per trade marketing guidelines
  • Monitor performance and compliance to volume, distribution, and merchandising objective taking corrective action where appropriate
  • Analyse market needs, develop account strategies in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager
  • Work hand in hand with the Trade Marketing Manager in presenting the optimal SKU assortment sell-in to clients using available data sources
  • Identify account distribution issues and work towards resolving them
  • Ensure pricing policy compliance for the company’s products in the assigned channel
  • Increase assigned account’s revenue contribution and identify new business opportunities adhering to given budget structure
  • Perform other task assigned by Immediate Supervisor


Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
